We’ll be bringing plenty to both farmers markets this weekend, and we’ve also stocked the online store for pre-orders. If you’d rather know your eggs are safely reserved before you arrive, order ahead and we’ll have them waiting for you at the market—or add them to your next Farm-to-You pickup or delivery. You can pre-order for Saturday Market by Thursday night on our website.

Robinson Confections: This Saturday, we’re going to be doing some pre-release “sneak peek” sampling of our newest creation: Midnight Mountain Huckleberry.
Local mountain Huckleberries folded into silky 72% dark chocolate. It’s also couverture-grade, the highest grade of chocolate worldwide, usually used by chefs for enrobing truffles and creating high end desserts. By nature of ingredients, this one is also dairy-free, vegan-friendly, low sugar, high fiber, and diabetic friendly. And while we are not a gluten-free facility, this has no wheat ingredients.
