Annual Membership Meeting (returning vendors only) – Saturday, March 19th @ 9:30 a.m.
Day Vendor, Food Court, New Vendor Meeting – Saturday, March 19th @ 1:30 p.m.
Both meetings take place in the basement of the Grace Bible Church, 152. W. Prairie , just east of the Hayden Market ground.
Set Up Day – April 23rd (Required for ALL members)
Alternate Set Up Day – April 30th (if we have to reschedule set up, all members are required to attend this date, please keep both dates open).
1st ARC Jury – April 30th (if you have new crafts they must be juried prior to selling).
