It’s Labor Day Weekend, and it feels like fall suddenly arrived in town. But it’s still full-on harvest season on the farms! That means stone fruits are the best right now – apples and pears have arrived – corn is ripe – summer squash is perfect – garlic has cured and is ready to be braided or eaten – and all the summer produce is just a little sweeter and juicier.
Come shop Saturday and Wednesday for the freshest local produce, meats, dairy, beverages, handcrafted foods, and artisan goods. We also have smiling faces and all the good vibes from our farmers, bakers, crafters, brewers, and other vendors! Keeping our dollars in our communities and consuming locally-grown and raised foods keeps us healthier and more resilient than filling our baskets with processed foods. What’s on your Market shopping list this weekend?

Marrow & Tallow: Good Tallow Starts at the Ranch…Not all tallow is created equal. At Marrow & Tallow, we start with 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef from regeneratively raised cattle that have never received added hormones or antibiotics. Then we use only the finest suet—the rich, nutrient-dense fat surrounding the kidneys—rather than ordinary trim fat. We carefully render and purify that suet into a simple, nourishing balm for your skin, with no synthetic fragrances, fillers, or unnecessary ingredients. From the pasture to the jar, we believe in doing things the old-fashioned way: pure sourcing, simple processes, and using the whole animal. Come discover the quality we have to offer for your skin and health. – M&T
