Kootenai County Farmers Market operates, rain or shine, May through October. Our market blossoms as the seasons change, Spring to Fall.
We open with a large variety of locally cultivated plant starts and early season produce. Summer brings a bounty of vine ripened fruit and vegetables, and Fall is the most bountiful season yet with a full harvest of all that our region has to offer. We end the year festively with one Winter market, perfectly timed for local holiday shopping.
Our market takes place in two locations weekly, each with their own unique setting and character. The Saturday market is located in Hayden, at the Northeast corner of highway 95 and Prairie. It’s a beautifully wooded lot with great shade, rustic market booths, and lots of down home personality. The Wednesday night market takes place on 5th St., at Sherman Ave., in beautiful downtown Coeur d’Alene. This market is bustling and festive, just like a warm summer night on the lake. Visit your favorite, or both, weekly!
