Kiss My Biscotti: This Saturday marks the last Kootenai County Farmers Market of the season at Prairie and Highway 95, and itβs a bittersweet one for me. Itβs also been six years since I said goodbye to my mom, the woman who taught me how to bake biscotti just two months before she passed. What started with her recipes has grown into Kiss My Biscotti, a business filled with love, memories, and a little piece of her in everything I bake.
A few of the biscotti flavors that I will have: Moms Morning Biscotti, Pumpkin Spice Latte, Ginger and Maple, Anise and Lemon, and Toffee and Chocolate. Scones freshly baked the morning of market and lots of soup and bread mixes to take home and make yourself. Thank you for supporting my little business and helping me keep my momβs recipes and memories alive.β€οΈ
Lake City Bakers (image at left): The gals at Lake City Bakers are looking forward to helping you stock up this Saturday! Nearly all of our breads & treats are freezer friendly, so grab a Huckleberry Apple Pie, a loaf of our Four Cheese Sourdough, and a pile of cookies! Make sure you try a 2 pack of our new Chocolate Orange Stout Spiced Molasses Cookies too, just $4!
