There will be more than 60 vendors here with farm products, crafts, foods, and all sorts of goodies for whatever you need. We will also have some food trucks
Here is a sample of what some of our vendors will be bringing.
Idaho Livestock: Get local cuts of Beef born and raised in Hayden, Idaho while you can. Our Winter Time Only Deal for Ground Beef will be 5 x one-pound packages for $30. Get it while it lasts! Our Ground Beef is 80/20, grass raised, and grain finished. This weekend, we will also have pepperoni sticks, smoked sausage links, suet, a few liver packs, and a few kidneys left until next harvest in the spring. Dandelion Half Acre: We will be there in Building 1 with all your favorite cookies and salts!
Killarney Farms: Ellen will be there with walnuts and a little of the following: arugula, salad mix, Asian greens spinach, kale, and winter squash.
Blue Wildrye Farm: This weekend at the Cabin Fever Market, we’re especially highlighting…. –our raw A2A2 Jersey milk: From our grass-fed Jersey cows, it’s naturally rich, gently sweet, and crowned with a beautiful cream line. The flavor is clean and vibrant. –sliced Berkshire deli ham: Fully cooked, gently smoked, and beautifully tender. –our pasture-raised whole chickens: these birds have real flavor and beautiful texture. Roast simply with salt and herbs—or spatchcock for crispy skin and juicy meat.
Wild Coast Seafoods: Brian will be at the Market with the following: Coho Salmon, Rockfish Halibut, Black Cod, Sidestripe Shrimp, Spot Prawns, Smoked Sockeye Salmon, and Dungeness Crab.
Garden Party Fibers: Garden party fibers has knit a bunch of hats, mitts, ear warmer and shawls. Handspun yarn from local critters.
Lake City Bakers: We have new goodies for you this month! Try our Peach or Apple Huckleberry Pies, pick up some crunchy Garlic & Herb Croutons, or take home a bag of cookies to treat the family! Looking for lunch? Grab one of our Chopped BLT Sandwiches or a savory Spinach Parmesan Croissant… and don’t forget to grab a loaf of Pesto Pull-Apart Bread to go with dinner. Find us in building 3!
