Narrow Way Coffee Roasters:We will be serving pour over samples of our unique and premier coffees. We are showcasing our Nicaragua Geisha which is a high-end coffee that is full of tantalizing floral and fruity notes. The same coffee that comes from Panama is usually sold for hundreds of dollars a pound – we have the honor of enjoying the same varietal from Nicaragua at a much lower price! We also have a new coffee from Haiti that we like to say has “island vibes” and comes from a non-profit farm who gives back to their workers and pays them above fair wages. We love being able to support those type of organizations! Stop by to sample all our offerings and take a bag or two of local, fresh-roasted coffee home to enjoy this week! P.S. all our coffees are great iced or as cold brew!
Sandia Spice: It’s summer! We have all your favorite spice mixes for grilling and salads – plus some new and fresh flavors bottled up and in the works. Come see how we can spice up your life!
Lil Punkin Pie Co.: I have been picking, pitting, and freezing mulberries, raspberries, cherries, rhubarb, and strawberries! At this week’s Wednesday Market, Tonnamaker’s Farm finally had apricots after 3 years! And I was able to acquire a whole season of huckleberries from Lor Gardens! I’m twitterpated with the options! Brought 16 different flavors of pie last market! Come taste the flavors of the season – ensconced in flaky pastry!
Gem State Mushrooms: This weekend, we will be featuring blue oyster, golden oyster, pink oyster, king trumpet oyster, and lions mane mushrooms. We will also have a chef preparing samples of delicious recipes featuring our blue oyster mushrooms! Stop by and try a taste.
