Vendor Dates to Remember
- Artistic Review Requests Due (new products from new or returning vendors) – Saturday, February 24, 2024
- Artistic Review Session (new products from returning vendors/new vendors by invite) – Saturday, March 9th -10am (new) 12:30pm (returning)
- Annual Membership Meeting (returning vendors only) – Saturday, March 16th @ 9:30 a.m.
- Day Vendor, Food Court, New Vendor Meeting – Saturday, March 16th @ 1:30 p.m.
Both meetings take place in the basement of the Grace Bible Church, 152. W. Prairie , just east of the Hayden Market ground. - Set Up Day – April 27th (Required for ALL members)
- Alternate Set Up Day – May 4th (if we have to reschedule set up, all members are required to attend this date, please keep both dates open).
