Vendor Dates to Remember
- Artistic Review Requests Due (new products from new or returning vendors) – Saturday, February 15, 2025
- Artistic Review Session (new products from returning vendors/new vendors by invite) – Saturday, March 1, 2025
- Annual Membership Meeting (returning vendors only) – Saturday, March 15th @Time TBA
- Day Vendor, Food Court, New Vendor Meeting – Saturday, March 15th @Time TBA
Both meetings take place in the basement of the Grace Bible Church, 152. W. Prairie , just east of the Hayden Market ground. - Set Up Day – April 19th (Required for ALL members)
- Alternate Set Up Day – April 26th (if we have to reschedule set up, all members are required to attend this date, please keep both dates open).
- Opening Day! – May 3rd (1 week earlier than previous seasons)
- Riverstone Opening Day! – May 7th
