Northern Latitude Foods | Coeur d’Alene Wild Rice: Looking for something sweet and gluten free? Have you tried our gluten free Wild Rice Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies with coconut and cranberries? Stop by our booth for a sample or click here for the recipe. Of course it’s wild rice, so naturally gluten free 😊and is also considered a SuperFood full of antioxidants, B vitamins, iron, fiber, protein and is also a low glycemic and an anti-inflammatory food. Our products are simply all around healthy, tasty, and nutritious! Wild rice is good for the environment too, because the plant helps to keep the lake clean, feeds the wild life, and is wild harvested. That means nature grew it, and we are just taking a small portion of it and leaving the rest to fall into the lake and plant its seeds for next year. Stop by and enjoy one of nature’s best foods that is native to North America.

Kiss My Biscotti: Many customers know me for my biscotti, scones, and dry mixes, but what they may not know is that baking is deeply connected to family for me. After spending more than 40 years caring for loved ones, I learned that food has a special way of bringing comfort and bringing people together. My mom taught me how to make biscotti two months before she passed away, and every batch I bake carries a little piece of that memory. Happy Heavenly Birthday Mom! Everything I bring to market is made by hand, in small batches, and from the heart.

Black Forest Bakery: This Saturday’s cakes menu:
