Friends of the KCFM: Closing the SNAP Gap
We have partnered with the Idaho Farmers Market Association to help close the SNAP GAP! We will be providing vouchers at our Winter Market for SNAP/EBT recipients to receive $25 in food vouchers to spend with our farmers and snap eligible food producers. Come to market on December 6th, show your card to our Managers in building 2, and shop fresh and local for your family. Currently, we are funded to provide vouchers for the first 72 eligible individuals.
Check out our raffle baskets in building 2! Proceeds go to the Friends of KCFM non-profit to help fund projects like our childrens’ Power of Produce (PoP) Club! Raffle tickets are $1 each or 12 for $10 and winners are drawn at the end of the market.

Kerr Microgreens: Here is our Winter Market Microgreen Menu for Saturday! ❄️⛄️ We will have fresh, cut-to-order microgreens: Sunflower, Pea, Rambo Radish, Broccoli, Salad Mix, Kale, Cantaloupe, Wasabi, Cress, Amaranth, and Cilantro. We’ll also have freeze-dried, either ground or crushed: Pea, Broccoli, Radish, Wasabi, Opal Basil, Lemon Basil, Cinnamon Basil, Micro Mix, and Family Mix. And check out our Grow Kits: Broccoli, Radish, Pea.
Idaho Livestock: Idaho Livestock will have Buy the Cuts available! Steaks, Roasts, Organs, Bones and Ground! Speaking of Ground… Winter Market Day in only – 5 one lb pkgs of ground for $30!! You can’t beat that for Home Raised Local Beef!
The Tomato Lady: I’ve been saving beautiful leeks and fresh carrots! They will be at the Winter Market alongside my jams, breads, and mulling spices. I’ll be well stocked with Huckleberry and Huckleberry Jalapeno jams, as well as other seasonal and jalapeno flavors. I will also have catnip and cooking herbs and some flower seeds from my garden. Wendy is bringing lots of fresh Christmas Wreaths, too to make your home beautiful for the season. Looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend!
Sunny Springs Garden: I will have at the market garlic, winter squash, salsas, jams, soaps and bath bombs.
Killarney Farms: Ellen will be bringing assorted winter squash, wild-harvested cranberries, carrots, sweet potatoes, broccoli, lettuce spinach, onions, parsnips, walnuts, fresh chevre cheese, apples and pears.
Ramstead Ranch: Ramstead will have truly pasture-rasied and grassfed meats ready to purchase from our coolers! Or, if you want to order ahead, all pre-orders are due by Saturday, Nov. 29th for pickup at the Winter Market. www.ramsteadranch.com Hams, briskets, pork loin, and rack of lamb make beautiful centerpieces for your holiday table. And, you can stock up on the comfort foods you need to keep your family nourished and well fed this winter!
Black Forest Bakery: We’ll have our famous Gingerbread Cake decorated with Lebkuchen figures, Orange German Cheesecake made with our homemade soft cheese, German Chocolate Cake, German Christmas Cookies like Vanilla Crezens, Linzer, Springerle,Cinnamon Stars and more. And We’ll have our traditional authentic German Christstollen with Rum or Marzipan and so much more.
Royal Highlands Produce: Merry Christmas from Royal Highlands! Come visit us for your winter veggies!! We’ll have carrots, beets, lettuce, spinach, winter squash (buttercup, butternut, kabocha, acorn, spaghetti, delicata and sugar dumpling), loads of red, yellow and sweet onions and more Looking forward to seeing you Saturday!
Dandelion Half Acre: At Dandelion Half Acre we’re mixing spices and baking cookies like crazy. Time to stock up for the holidays. Hope to see you there! We’ll be in Building 1.
Blue Wildrye Farm: Our commercial kitchen was approved and licensed just before Thanksgiving, so we’ve been busy making you some scrumptious goodies: cream-top yogurt and Dulce de Leche from our raw a2a2 Jersey milk, French-style chicken liver pâté from our pasture raised Freedom Ranger chicken livers, and snowy white pure leaf lard that will be perfect for making pie crusts! Of course, we’ll also have any remaining heritage turkeys, Freedom Ranger chickens, beef and pork cuts. These feel-good, tasty staples are holiday goodness, from our farm to your table.

Simply Sweet Cottage Treats: We are very excited for market this week
Our menu: classic brown butter cinnamon rolls, blueberry compote with lemon curd, sticky toffee pudding rolls, pumpkin loaves, egg nog rolls, orange rolls, cranberry rolls, grinch rolls and severe types of cookies and the once a year bake of our 5th generation secret recipe carrot spice cake.
Montana Antler Craft West: For that hard to buy for person on your list. We have something for everyone! Find us in Building 1.
Pamelot Lavender: Pam will also be in Building 1 sigh beautiful lavender wreaths, lavender bouquets, sachets, spray, and lavender heat pads!
Garden Party Fibers: I have been spinning new yarn from local wool and local alpaca for your knitting projects. But, I’ve also been knitting shawls, hats, and purple mitts for beautiful truly-local gifts you don’t need to knit yourself. Stop by my booth in Building 3 and say hello! – Juaquetta
Creations by Christina: I have some new bracelets, just in time for Christmas. You an find me in Building 3 with all my creations.

Our other apothecary products include, but are not limited to, hand blended teas, cocktail infusion kits. Our cocktail infusion kits can be made as mocktails or cocktails. All the ingredients are either homegrown or all organic. Every item is dehydrated fresh at home, including the sugar cubes. Kiss My Biscotti: 🎄Catch Kiss My Biscotti at the Last Market of the Year, I’m in Building 7!🎄I’m bringing all the cozy flavors of Christmas…fresh baked scones right out of the oven Saturday morning, homemade dry mixes of soups, breads, and desserts, festive biscotti, and of course… a few whimsical wine gnomes! Let’s end this year on a sweet note together — come say hi, grab some treats, and stock up for the holidays. 🎄❄️🎅🏻🤶
Raining Sun: I’ll be in Building 7 with tote bags, potholders, garlic, a few winter squash and some spinach seeds. But, mostly tote bags – come see me first to grab a bag for the rest of your shopping!
Lake City Bakers: Lake City Bakers are excited to bring out their holiday best! Pick up a DIY Christmas Cookie Decorating Kit or a loaf of our famous Cranberry Orange or Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread. We will be in building 3 with lots of goodies to choose from!
Sweet Ember Candle Co.: We handcraft beautiful soy candles in handmade concrete vessels. We will have these creations on Saturday to make your home bright and cozy: Lingonberry Spice, Christmas Tree, Iced Ginger Snap, and Juniper Berry.
ZIVIO + Plant Patch: ZIVIO/Plant Patch has Barrel-aged Raspberry Vinegar back in stock! It’s our wonderful homegrown raspberries aged for more than a year in cherrywood barrels for your favorite salad, beverage flavoring or cooking condiment. Available now for a limited time, until next year. Enjoy the deeper, richer flavor of a true Raspberry Vinegar. Aging can be a beautiful experience!
