SUNFLOWER, PEA, RAMBO RADISH, HONG VIT RADISH, BROCCOLI, SALAD MIX, MUSTARD, RED CABBAGE, CARROT, CANTALOUPE, LEMON BASIL, CINNAMON BASIL, and ARUGULA. Blue Wildrye Farm: Enjoy a 10% savings when you purchase a BIG Beef Bundle with 10 pounds of our delicious grass fed and finished ground beef. We will be bringing a limited number of our popular BIG Beef Bundles to our farmers market booths, so pre-ordering online is a good idea if you know you’d like one. Also available (but only online) is our BIGGER Beef Bundle. 20 lbs of grass fed and finished ground beef at a 15% savings. Beauty Bay Winery: Dry Raspberry is back! If you haven’t had it yet, come try a sample and pick up a bottle for brunch. We will also have our Huckleberry, Marionberry, Blackcap, and Apricot fruit wines this weekend, all handcrafted and 100% natural, as always.
Graham Publishing: Take a break from hot asphalt and find us under shady trees this Saturday with books by local authors Clark and Deb of Graham Publishing! All of our books are wholesome and worthwhile and seven are set right in North Idaho. They make great summer reads and fine gifts. Plus, we love to chat about books and writing, so stop by!

The Wellness Bar Food Truck: At The Wellness Bar, each acai bowl is small batched and hand crafted to perfection with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Come try for yourself this weekend at the Farmers Market! Just look for the big green truck!

Use summer fresh blueberries in this simple, no bake dessert that also makes a lovely breakfast.
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
- 4 cups ripe blueberries
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- Greek yogurt, ice cream, or whipped cream for topping (optional)

Combine the almonds, spices, and salt in a food processor. Pulse into coarse pieces - don't blend! Add the dates and pulse until well mixed and crumbly.

Combine the berries and agave syrup in a mixing bowl and toss to evenly coat.

Assemble in a loaf pan with blueberries on the bottom and crumble on top. Or build a bowl or parfait glass at a time. Top with your favorite ice cream, whipped cream, or Greek yogurt and enjoy!
