A Few Market Reminders

Sunny Springs Gardens: This week, I’ll have jams, salsas, farm-made garlic scape pesto, fresh red and golden raspberries, strawberry and raspberry plants, soaps, and bath bombs. Find me across from Idahome Espresso.
Killarney Farms: Paul and Ellen will be at the Saturday Market with beets, broccoli, celery, cucumbers, Daikon radish, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, chard, kale, Mountain spinach, New Zealand spinach, kohlrabi, lettuce, salad mix, new potatoes, green beans, snap peas, snow peas, shelling peas, radishes, salad turnips, raspberries, dill, parsley, basil, raw goat’s milk, and chevre. See you there!

Deerfield Farms: Summer abundance has arrived to North Idaho! All of the materials for this delicious salad are available at market, right down to the bowl ❤️. Enjoy the taste of fresh, nutritious produce from your local farmers. Mangia bene….we’ll have tomatoes, cucumbers, duck & chicken eggs.
Blue Wildrye Farm: Note – we will be at the Market this weekend, but NOT on 7/18. Stock up this Saturday! This week we’re releasing our next limited-edition seasonal flavor: Fruit on Top Cherry Yogurt. Each jar begins with our hand-crafted raw A2A2 Jersey yogurt—made in small batches from milk produced by our pasture-raised Jersey cows. Then we top it with a generous layer of slow-cooked organic cherry compote made from deep, dark organic Tonnemaker Farms and bursting with sweet-tart flavor and deep cherry richness. These aren’t ordinary cherries. They’re so richly colored and intensely flavored that they have an almost chocolatey depth—a perfect match for our rich Jersey yogurt.

The result is:
☀️ Thick, cream-top yogurt
☀️ Rich and luxuriously creamy
☀️ Bright summer cherries with remarkable depth of flavor
☀️ A seasonal treat that’s only available for a few short weeks
Art Tonnemaker tells us cherry season will be especially short this year, so we’ll only be making this flavor while the cherries last. Cherry season only comes once a year, and we look forward to it every summer. We’ll have it at the Market this Saturday, but we don’t expect it to last long!

Pamelot Lavender: Pamelot Lavender is ready and will be there this weekend! I will have fresh cut lavender bundles for friends, outdoor parties or weddings, as well as lavender sachets, lavender heatpads, and lavender sprays and oils. You will find me by smelling your way to my booth. See u all soon! – Pam
Graham Publishing: Summer is the very best time to relax with a good book and we offer nearly a hundred to choose from. Genres include mystery, historical fiction, sci-fi/fantasy, best-selling cruise travel books, romance, 8 set in North Idaho and even four cookbooks to reinspire supper on these lazy summer days. Graham Publishing is right by the Manager’s booth.
Kathy’s Rag Dolls and More: Here is a sample of my homemade heirloom rag dolls, made by me, that I’ll have at the Market.

Your guests will enjoy personalized meals on a wooden board, and you will enjoy compliments about being an innovative and generous host. These little furry bundles are natural stress relief and a fun activity for the kids. North Idaho Fragrance will also have a selection of all-natural botanical perfumes to try and purchase.

Kiss My Biscotti: This Saturday, Kiss My Biscotti will be bringing some of your favorites to the market! Morning Biscotti, Lemon 🍋, Cranberry & Orange 🍊, and Toffee & Chocolate, just to name a few. It’s also the last weekend for my fresh-baked Cherry & Amaretto scones, made the morning of the market with cherries from my tree. I’ll also have gluten-friendly granola, lots of take-home dry mixes (soups, breads, muffins, and desserts), and my whimsical wine gnomes. Come early for the best selection—I can’t wait to see you at the market! Which flavor will you be taking home this weekend?”
