Recipe provided by Tea.Health.Honey. You can find her products at the Market this week!
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 Tbs T.H.H Oy Vey! Latte Tea
- 1-2 Tbs T.H.H Spiked Vanilla Sugar
- 1/4 cup local dairy, half-n-half or milk of choice
-
Bring the water to a boil, remove from heat, and add the fresh tea leaves to the pot (for hot) or a large glass vessel (for iced) with the water.
-
Add the spiked sugar, stir, and cover tightly. Steep for 3-5 minutes, undisturbed.
-
If serving hot, add the dairy to the pot and stir well. Strain into the two mugs through a tea strainer or other fine mesh filter.
-
If serving cold, fill both glasses with ice. If you want to froth the milk, do that now. Pour the tea through a fine mesh filter evenly into both glasses. Top off with the dairy and stir to combine, if desired.
-
Enjoy hot or cold!
