It’s been a difficult week in our community. Our hearts go out to those affected by Sunday’s tragedy at Canfield Mountain. We are forever grateful to the heroes who risk their lives to protect our community every day.

As you prepare for July 4th and remember those who we’ve lost as well as those who are still here with us, we invite you to join the original Kootenai County Farmers’ Markets today at our producer-only market, offering locally grown seasonal veggies, plants, and flowers, as well as hand-crafted, locally produced artisan wines, foods, art, clothing, jewelry, decor, and gifts. We have live music and a food court too. Stop by and grab groceries or dinner or a little something special or something needed for your family or your loved ones. We will be here to serve you at the Riverstone Village.

Did you hear? The Kootenai County Farmers’ Market is accepting applications for new Wednesday Riverstone Market Vendors! Interested? Fill out our online application to be considered. Our Saturday Market at the southeast corner of 95 and Prairie in Coeur d’Alene is still THE place to be every weekend, 9 am to 1 pm. Look for the Saturday Fresh Sheet on Friday morning!

Raining Sun: I’ll have ripe cherries at the Wednesday Market – not sprayed! Stop by and grab some.

Royal Highlands Produce: We will be bringing our amazing onions! Be sure to stop by and get some red or sweet onions for you July 4th BBQ. We will also have lettuce, spinach, green onions, kale, carrots, beets, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, fresh garlic, zucchini and more. Look forward to seeing you!

Hannah’s Lemonade: Hannah is 12 years old, and she began her Lemonade Business in 2024 at the Wednesday Farmer’s Market in Riverstone. She is learning all the aspects of running her business, and she loves serving her customers ice cold Lemonade and Strawberry Lemonade on a sunny Wednesday afternoon. Come support Hannah, one of our youth vendors, and enjoy a cold drink in the sunshine!

Totally Tinsel: Hi! I’m Norah Bennett, and I am a youth vendor at the Market. This week, we’ll be offering red-white-and-blue hair tinsel for $10 as a 4th of July special.

It’s PoP Club Week at the Wednesday Market! Bring your kids by the boothe to take on the fun July 4th themed activity.

Forget your bag or market basket? Stop by the Manager’s Booth this Wednesday for a Free Market Tote sponsored by our friends at Parker Toyota.
