Grow Wild Gardens: Roger will have fresh-cut rosemary bunches to add depth of flavor to your barbecue meats and veggies this weekend. Goes amazingly with pork! He will also be bringing stunning Live rosemary plants in three sizes. And lots of other culinary herbs as well!
Blue Wildrye Farm: Our raw A2A2 Jersey milk has been a huge hit at the markets—rich, creamy, and in high demand. Skim the cream for your coffee, shake it in for an indulgent glass of milk, or use it as the base for the best ice cream you’ll ever make. $12/half gallon. We will also have juicy Jalapeno Cheddar Bratwurst, Ground Beef for burgers, and whole pastur-raised Freedom Ranger Chickens for all your grilling needs this weekend. Come see Suzanne! Winifred Farms: Cosmos are going crazy at Winifred Farms! This Labor Day weekend we will be showing off the “blooms”of our labor!!! The field is bursting with so many amazing flowers and our booth is sure to be a sight to see! Did you know that our flowers are coming directly from our field in Post Falls to market within 36-48 hours of being harvested? Our goal is provide our customers with the freshest local blooms and to ensure maximum vase life. We only cut flowers in the early morning and evening hours when it’s cooler. We then give them time to “chill” in the cooler and fully hydrate before we do any design work or packaging for market. Our routine customers report that most of our bouquets can be enjoyed for over a week! If you haven’t come by to say hi and see our selection of fresh cut, specialty blooms, we’re hoping to see some new faces! To all those who have come before, we can’t wait to see you! Idaho Livestock Cattle: Established in Hayden, Idaho, we breed and raise seedstock Aberdeen Lowline Cattle. We see them from the time they’re born until they are sold to add genetics to another herd or until they end up in the locker. They are raised on pasture and hay. The steers and sometimes heifers that are chosen for harvest get fed out the last 90 days on grain. They are harvested between 18/24 months, hang for two weeks at Smokey Ridge Meats in Chewelah. This year, our ground beef deal of 5 1# pk for $35 is back. It’s perfect for burgers and tacos!
Garden Party Fibers: Garden Party Fibers will have a new purple yarn handspun with local alpaca and wool. Also lots of hand knit hats and shawls. Stop by and check it out! – Juaquetta
Lake City Bakers: ICYMI this is the last weekend of August, which means the last day for Tomato Pies! Come get them hot and ready to eat at 9am! 🍅🧀 This week they feature fresh Deerfield Farms tomatoes and flavorful basil microgreens from Kerr Microgreens. We are also bringing the favorite Gluten-Friendly and Egg-free treat, 7 Layer Magic Bars. Come see us Saturday and find even more goodies! We can’t wait to see you!

The Hungry Squatch: We have a new burger! The Oky Dokey Smoky Squatch has two juicy patties cooked Oklahoma style – smashed with a generous serving of thinly sliced onions, then grilled – and topped with bacon, onion rings, BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese. Come try it out!
