It’s rare to have such mild, dry weather this time of year! We hope you’re getting to enjoy it outdoors and with loved ones. If you are looking for a fun, family activity to kick off your weekend, come explore our market! We have fresh flowers, face painting, bunnies to hold, and the freshest local veggies you can find (read further for What’s Fresh this week).
Have you checked out our expanded food court? This year we’re pleased to have Omar and his Taco Works Truck (from the Appleway food court), Dani from Lucid Roots with gourmet, vegan salads packaged to-stay or to-go, Mangia Catering‘s wood-fired pizza, the Big Dipper with charbroiled beef dip sandwiches with au jus, Zia Food Truck with green chili burgers, Big Pan Paella with Spanish-style paella, and a new vendor selling hand-made tamales!
Meet Ruben and Rachel.
They (along with their kids) own Spoonful of Sugar & Spice International Kitchen and are serving handmade tamales – using their own family recipe – at market this year. They’ve been a huge hit!
We invite you to find your favorite and kick off your weekend with lunch and live music among the pines!
