Get ready to shop ’til you drop! This week, we asked our amazing producers what they’re bringing to Cabin Fever, and the sneak peeks are 🔥! Join us Saturday at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds and discover the best products for yourself There will be over 60 vendors set up, including 20 agricultural vendors. (List at bottom of this post.) And, there will be plenty to shop for all your loved ones for Valentine’s Day. Doors open at 10am, and we’ve got 5 hours of shopping bliss ahead of us!

Graham Publishing: Looking for a fresh mystery to get you through the long wintery days? We have you covered! Local authors Clark and Deb offer over 100 books across many genres, including eight set in North Idaho. Yes, we wrote them all! Come chat with Graham Publishing!
Kerr Microgreens:Â Our microgreens are growing strong and carefully timed to be at their peak flavor and nutrition for Saturday! Find us in the same place, BLDG 1.

Microgreen menu: Sunflower, Pea, Radish, Broccoli, Salad Mix, Kale, Red Cabbage, Cantaloupe, Amaranth, Beet, Arugula, Rutabaga, Wasabi, Cress, and introducing… Komatsuna Mustard, AKA Japanese spinach- a mild, fresh tasting variety.

Idaho Livestock: Get it while you can: local cuts of Beef from livestock born and raised in Hayden, Idaho! Steak inventory is getting low, and our next Beef Harvest won’t be until April. We also have a Winter Deal on Ground Beef: 5 x one-pound packages for $30. Our Ground Beef is 80/20, grass-raised, and grain-finished. Pre-order today by calling us 208-818-5032.
Garden Party Fibers: Garden party fibers has a few new hats for you. Everything is hand-knit and crocheted with my handspun yarn from local sheep and alpaca. – Juaquetta


The Idaho Tomato Lady: Come see the Idaho Tomato Lady in the NE corner of Building One. I’m bringing succulents and scented geraniums, seeds from my garden (including giant rattle pod poppies), catnip, lavender/rose sachets, mini dried bouquets, and all my jams except huckleberry will be on sale for $7! Looking forward to seeing everyone so much!
Killarney Farms: Ellen will be at the market with her creamy, delicious fresh chevre cheese, walnuts, squash, cabbage, rutabagas, and carrots.

Lake City Bakers: Lake City Bakers is excited to be back for the Cabin Fever Markets! We are bringing lots of cookies, sweet and savory breads, some pies, and a few new treats! Also stop by for a Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwich for lunch and pick-up a loaf of our new Pesto Pull-Apart Bread!

Blue Wildrye Farm: We’ll be at the Cabin Fever Market on Saturday! Come shop…we’ll be fully stocked. What we’re bringing:
- Smoked Andouille: Cajun-style smoke + spice, juicy snap; perfect for jambalaya, gumbo, or skillet suppers.
- Smoked Kielbasa: Old-world savory with gentle garlic and clean smoke; great grilled, sheet-panned with potatoes, or tucked in rolls.
