Preheat your oven to 450°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, honey, and spice with a fork until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside 2 Tb.
Toss the vegetables with the remaining dressing and spread out in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until caramelized to your taste. Cool slightly.
Spread the labneh or fromage in the bottom of a shallow bowl or dish and place the still-warm veggies on top. Drizzle with the reserved dressing and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if desired.
