Fruity Melon Pizza

An easy and fun recipe to make with your kids as a healthier dessert or after-school snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 large melon or 2 smaller melons
  • 1 peach or nectarine, sliced
  • blueberries and strawberries
  • 2 plums, sliced
  • 1/2 cup jam of choice
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Cut the melon into thick rings from end to end. Remove seeds, if using a melon with seeds.

  2. Top each ring with a smear of yogurt, spread of jam, fruit, and berries. Sprinkle with coconut.

  3. Cut into wedges and serve cold. Enjoy!
