A festive and delicious holiday beverage using Plant Patch’s Frambouef Raspberry Syrup.


  • 1 Tablespoon FRAMBOUEF raspberry syrup or to taste
  • 3 ounces vodka or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Ice


  1. Pour Frambouef raspberry syrup, good quality vodka and lime juice into the shaker. Add enough ice to fill the shaker, put the lid on it, and shake well to combine all of the ingredients. You’ll know that you’re finished shaking the martini when the outside of the shaker becomes frosty.
  2. Strain the martini into a glass. If you wish, you can add a couple of fresh or frozen raspberries or a lime slice into your glass for garnish.
  3. To insure that the finished martini is properly chilled, it helps to put the shaker in the freezer for a half hour. Chill your glasses at the same time.
